The rooms at Mini's Residence are so cozy! The flat-screen TV and DVD player are perfect for relaxing after a long day of biking. The private bathroom is clean and convenient, with a hair dryer provided. It's nice to have everything you need right there.- Some rooms have a seating area where you can unwind and chill out. It's such a nice touch!- The air conditioning in each room is a lifesaver. After a tiring bike ride, coming back to a cool room is incredibly refreshing.- The free internet is a great bonus. Staying connected and sharing our biking adventures with friends and family is so easy.- It's convenient to have a kettle in the room. Nothing beats sipping on hot tea while planning our biking routes.- The double room with a bathrobe, air conditioning, and dining area is pure luxury. It makes us feel like VIP cyclists.- Having a balcony in the double room is a lovely addition. We get to enjoy the fresh air and admire the surroundings.
Personally, I would have loved a bigger private bathroom. But hey, that's just my preference.

We had a wonderful stay at Mini's Residence! the room was clean, quiet, and spacious, with a large bathroom that my kid absolutely loved. the villa had an independent access terrace and a mini garden, which was perfect for drying clothes. Each morning, we were treated to a delicious and varied Lanka breakfast that kept us satisfied until late afternoon. the owner, Erandar, went above and beyond by driving us to a recommended money exchanger and even provided us with a Chinese tourist guide book. His classic Mr Bean style car added an extra touch of charm to our experience. We were sad to leave, but Erandar made sure to see us off with a farewell wave when we boarded a Tuktuk.
Nothing, all was excellent! 😊

Free parking, natural beauty surrounds, free WiFi, yummy breakfast, lovely terrace and garden. Asiri Surgical Hospital is just 1 km away.
Oh, such a shame I couldn't walk to anything interesting, but hey, why not cycle around and explore the thrilling world of Colombo?

The staff were really friendly and welcoming, offering great suggestions on places to visit and how to get around. They were also helpful in hiring tuk tuks and advising on prices. the room was clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. the location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and no traffic noise.
The room was quite basic and could use some improvements, such as better wall painting and mosquito control. the location was a bit out of town, requiring transportation to get to the main attractions and amenities.

The owner kindly allowed us to keep our room until 8pm for our late flight. He gave us helpful information about the city and tourist spots. Eranda and his family were welcoming and provided a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast. They even took us to the local markets and temple. We'll stay here again in Sri Lanka.

We had a fantastic stay at a cozy apartment in a lovely neighborhood. The location was perfect - just a short ride in a tuk-tuk to the city center, and we were close to a great coffee shop and a Buddhist temple. The room was clean and had everything we needed, including air conditioning to beat the humid climate. The owner was incredibly caring and even had an amazing collection of vinyls and old music devices. The breakfast was simple but delicious, and it set us up for a great day.
The furnishings in the room were a bit basic.

My go-to place in Colombo! Friendly staff, and they even offered a cold drink when I first arrived. This place has everything I need - Wi-Fi, free parking, and a 24-hour reception. Plus, there's an outdoor dining area. Can't wait to come back for my holiday!

The rooms at Mini's Residence are super cozy and comfortable. The beds are like sleeping on clouds! Plus, there's a flat-screen TV with satellite channels for some late-night movie marathons. I also loved having my own private bathroom, complete with a hair dryer and a soothing bath or shower. And the air conditioning was a life-saver in the hot Colombo weather. The free internet and kettle in the room were nice bonuses too.
I'm not a big fan of the dining area in the double room. It felt a bit cramped for my liking.

As a traveler, I absolutely loved my stay at Mini's Residence. The owner, Eranda, made me feel like an old friend and was easy to talk to. He played music for me every morning during breakfast, which added to the amazing atmosphere. The room was spotless, the breakfast delicious, and the location perfect for exploring the city. the hospitality and kindness of Eranda and his family made this my favorite stay in Sri Lanka.
Felt right at home, no complaints.
